In 2011, ARM established the Migrant Community Center (MCC) where migrant workers meet, organize, bu8ild alliances, access information and resources. MCC’s mission is to improve the quality of life of migrant workers, build their capacity to self-advocate and fight for their rights, and to contribute to a strong and powerful migrant community with women as leaders of change.
Purpose and Scope of Work:
The Migrant Community Center (MCC) provides photography courses in response to the building interest of members in media, filmmaking and documentation as tools and vessels for migrant workers to express themselves and create visual content that represents them.
